Inclement Weather, Missed Camps, & Sick Policy We are sorry that we cannot offer refunds or daily credits for a day(s) that a child cannot attend camp due to illness, vacation, appointments, or for any other reason. Studio Safety & Behavior Policy It is our top priority to create an environment that is safe, positive, and welcoming to all students. Because of this, we have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, physical aggression, or any other display of dangerous or destructive behavior. Any child exhibiting such behaviors will immediately be removed from the session without refund. Additionally, any child that repeatedly exhibits behavior that is persistently disruptive, disrespectful, or constantly fails to follow important studio rules will be asked to leave that day and/or asked to leave the remainder of the camp without refund. We thank you for your understanding of this important policy. Late Pick-Up Policy It is crucial to pick your child up from KidzArt class on time. If you cannot arrive on time, please make alternate arrangements ahead of time .Any student picked up later than 10 minutes after camp dismisses may be at risk of incurring a $30 late pick-up fee. All late pick-up fee’s must be paid before your child can attend the next day. Thank you for your understanding. Refund/Cancellation Policy: All registrations are non-refundable.
